About Me and Purpose of this blog series

 Hello Friends, 

I am Sean and I am a consultant for Children's book authors who wish to find suitable illustrators and publishing services for their children's book. 

I have spent 15 years in the children's book industry and I have helped authors realize their dream of publishing their children's book. I have worked with multiple agencies that offer services for children's book authors. Based on the requirement of the author, with my experience and understanding of various agencies, I can guide the authors to choose the right agency.

Some of the Agencies that I work with, have been really very professional. The purpose of this blog is mainly to make more and more children's book authors aware of the list of activities that they should do in order to make your book successful. 

In my career, I have worked with authors who became very successful, and I also worked with authors, who could not even complete the publishing process due to various reasons. One of the factors which I find common among the successful authors is the homework that they do before publishing their book. An author who is well aware of the challenges that will come along the way, is always better prepared. On the other hand, an author who has not spent anytime in research and finding information, will find it very difficult to publish their book. 

In this particular blog series, I am going to share 100'S of children's book which were published under my guidance. The structure of the blogs will be such that the readers will be easily able to understand the various aspects of any children's book. It will include my experience as well as the experience of the author along with the challenges that were faced during the process. Also, the readers will be able to experience how various services like the children's book illustrations, cover design, book inside layout, print publishing, e-book publishing, copy editing, book promotion etc. are done. 

I will also help the authors who are thinking about using artificial intelligence as a tool to enable them in illustrations and publishing their children's book. A lot of information is not yet clear to authors. I will touch multiple aspects through which the readers will have a deep or understanding of how all this works.
