About the book- 

A children's picture rhyme book for all boys and girls who love golf cart rides, playgrounds, wildlife and adventures with family. You'll enjoy an action packed day in a golf cart with the Reiman brothers as they go hunting for golf balls, riding over the humps and bumps on the golf course and searching for lost treasures in the oaks. You will even encounter an alligator and use flashlights at night to catch toads.

This adventure starts in the sun of the morning and ends in the glow of the moonlight! An action packed day in the golf cart with Mom will leave little readers wanting more and inspire children and parents alike to create their own adventures at home.

My experience- This book was a very different experience for me. I usually suggest my ideas to the children's book authors and the authors usually have a few questions before finalizing the services. In this case, the author (Penny Brown- Reiman) was very well prepared with her research. There were plenty of high-quality questions, just like the high-quality children's book illustrations (which I was still promising at that stage, to be delivered in future after she selected my service) but the questions were right there in front of me. I appreciate such authors who are really serious about their book. It only means that the author is very particular about making the right choice. There were many questions like which services are more relevant and which are the ones that may be skipped. I answered all her questions in detail, and I actually enjoyed all my communication with the author. The services purchased included illustrations and both paperback as well as hardcover publishing along with the E-book option. The author also requested for the book promotion service after publishing, which was an exceptional request, but I agreed to that as well. The illustrations of the book were really wonderful.


Authors experience- Author was not very sure about the services that were required by her. After multiple communications, the final set of services was confirmed. In the beginning the illustrator worked really hard to create the sketches as per the requirements of the story. After a few revisions, the children's book illustrations really went well. All the illustrations were approved by the author and whenever there were a few revisions, those were carried out on priority. This was appreciated by the author too. A lot of design options were discussed and reviewed by the author for the Book layout. Once everything was decided, the publshing process was really smooth. The style of children's book illustration selected by the author was the digital style of illustration. The illustrator who was assigned to this children's book author was one of our best children's book illustrator. The best part about these illustrations is that the background as well as the characters have been drawn beautifully and the author really appreciated the work of the children's book illustrator assigned for her children's book.
